1.
How foolish man can be letting useless bitterness flourish at the expense of another human life. If we all never see eye to eye, how then will we accomplish anything of meaning? Whats to become if hate breaks through? Whats to become if we denounce all our virtue? Failing to create change rooted in permanece by uniting together as one. Instead we hate the opposition and cast their words down as useless. When will we lay down our fist like a young child turning? And see the lasting picture as man persevering? Will we find peace? Who will write the eulogy? Whats to become if we all let go? Whats to become if we all come undone?
2.
What can we learn from the remains of ignorance? Forced media violence and the masses filled with silence. Pushed to be a method of change only by fueling hatred. While untying the bonds that keep us together. Cant you see how this ends? Or are you too blinded by your pride. In the mind of my fellow man I am damned, not given a chance. Just forgotten. Standing face to face with an enemy I pry open a clenched fist. Finding a new found life of acceptance only to be killed like rats with disease. Fear of change forever stopping progress. Forever suffering. Standing face to face with an enemy I pry open a clenched fist. But as I look to my brother I see nothing but innocence. When you look in the mirror do you hate what you see? A broken man torn down by life all because you had no integrity. I will not give myself to the temporary. I will do something that makes you remember me.
3.
I am not what they wanted me to be. I will not cast mans first stone. In the face of opposition I have nothing to lose. All I am, all Ive ever longed for wont be thrown away. I can see it, the face of defiance. I see fire burn from its eyes. I wont fall, I wont misstep. Free from fear, from weakness. Tested and tried I will survive. As time slips through my hands I see the pain. Remembering those Ive loved and those Ive lost. All I am, all Ive ever longed for wont be thrown away. Far from judgemental eyes I will endure. When perseverence is second nature I will endure.
